Dan Hansen

Hi! I’m Dan Hansen, a Realtor with Windermere Group One. Born and raised in Yakima, WA, I later embarked on a journey with the United States Marine Corps after high school. Much of my service time was spent in Japan, an experience that shaped a significant part of my life.

Upon fulfilling my four-year commitment, I returned to Washington state. Over the subsequent years, I honed skills in customer service, and food and beverage sectors, eventually leading teams as a manager in both industries. My background in marketing prompted me to further my education, and in 2012, I earned a teaching certificate from Central Washington University. This opened doors for me to teach business and marketing courses at Hanford High School.

I believe deeply in the principles of education and service — values that resonate throughout my family. Despite the demands of my professional life, I’ve always prioritized giving back to the community.

For the past 22 years, I’ve been deeply rooted in the Tri-Cities. Since 2014, with the invaluable assistance of Amanda, who joined me as a licensed assistant in 2018, I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of buyers and sellers through their real estate journeys. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer or transitioning to your forever home, our approach is always proactive, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for you.

Amanda Butterworth

Hey there! I’m Amanda Butterworth, Client Experience Specialist for Dan Hansen and Windermere Group one, wife, mother, and cupcake decorator extraordinaire! I was born and raised in the Tri-Cities. After high school, I stretched my wings, moving to Los Angeles, CA for seven years. There I attended and completed cosmetology school and also worked as an Account Manager at a Digital Marketing firm with a focus on real estate, before moving back to the place, I’ve always called home, the Tri-Cities.

Which brings me today! Helping others and a love for homes (architecture, design, décor, etc.) are two great passions of mine, and I enjoy combining the two on a daily basis, and getting to call that my job!
